Asap is always best but ask for your date regardless
Do you have public liability insurance?
Definitely, wouldnt work without it
Do you have a portfolio I can view?
I have the portfolio section on this website & extra portfolio on request
What is your backup plan if you are unable to shoot my wedding for some reason?
I have backup photographers on hand for every wedding
Do you charge a travel fee for my location?
I do not charge a travel fee for any location within a 2 hour journey, a small fee to cover fuel will be applied to that based on the total mileage

Can I customize a package based on my needs?
Yes, please contact me to discuss
How much of a deposit do you require and when is the full amount due?
A 20% deposit is required to book your date, full amount due 2 weeks prior to the day
Do you offer a payment plan?
Feel free to contact me & discuss this with me
Do you include engagement photos in your packages?
Yes & I love to do this, its included in some packages or available as an extra, this is a great option so we can get to know each other better before the day
Have you done many weddings that were similar to mine in location and size?
I am sure I have but contact me to tell about your day and ask this question if you would like to know
Can I give you a list of specific shots we would like?
Of course, above all I want you to get what you want from your photos from the day

Have you ever worked at my wedding venue before? If not, do you plan to check it out in advance?
I may have done but if not I always scout the venue out prior to the day & contact the owner/vicar etc
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
I will refund all fees paid apart from the deposit
Will I receive a written contract?
Definitely, it may seem a bit serious & daunting to some but it is so you know what you are getting in B&W

On the Day

What time will you arrive & for how long will you shoot?
All my packages cover from morning prep until 1st dance. There is a 'no time limit' add where if added I am with you for as long as you like, I LOVE a good party!
What type of equipment do you use?
I use pro standard DSLR cameras, 2 during most of the day
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes always, the more the better
Will you be photographing another wedding/event on the same day as mine?
Definitely not, I will be dedicated to your wedding
Can you put together a slideshow of the engagement session (& other photos I provide) and show it during the day or night?
Yes this can be arranged
Will you have any assistants with you on the day?
Yes I will have a 2nd shooter/assistant if you book it with your package, see my packages here
How will you be dressed?
Smart but also I aim to blend in
Is it okay if other people take photos while you’re taking photos?
Yes of course
If my event lasts longer than expected, will you stay? Is there an additional charge?
No additional charges for anything, no time limit, if you want something shooting, it will be shot!

After the day

What type of albums do you offer?
I offer a variety of the highest quality albums, I have been to many wedding supplier fayres and have yet to find a better quality album
What involvement in creating the album do I have?
As much as you like, I can handle the process from start to finish or we can sit down together over a coffee and design it together or somewhere inbetween ... this has to be the best part of the job, seeing a happy face when I deliver the images!
Do you provide retouching, color adjustment or other corrective services?
I edit EVERY photo to bring out its full potential, this includes colour correction, ridding of any distractions (fire exit signs etc) plus anything that you dont like in your final images I will sort out. This editing service lasts forever, contact me anytime if you want a different edit of your photos
How long after the wedding will I get the images? Will they be viewable online?
My usual turnaround is 4-6 weeks after the day
Do you provide any other post wedding services?
Yes, I offer a free 30 minute photoshoot for your anniversaries every year to couples in my local area, sounds crazy but I would love to document a couples marriage over the years & what's 30 minutes between friends!
