Mr & Mrs Glover @ Brown Edge

It was time for Dawn Tatler to become Mrs Glover & a day at St Saviours (http://www.smallthorne.org/) & Brown Edge Hall (http://www.brownedge.com/village-hall/) awaited.
The day started off in the usual way a wedding day does, turning up & meeting a chilled out bride ... wait what! Yes she was chilled, nearly in her gorgeous wedding dress & waiting for a glass of champers :)
When the time came we heard the peep from two, out of this world Morris Miners courtesy of Endon Wedding Cars (http://endonweddingcars.com/) driven by the owners, Kevin & Chris. These guys were the best to work with & helped no end in creating the most iconic images of the day.

Meanwhile my second shooter Andreas was at St Saviours capturing the guests entering & getting some snaps of the very smart groom Gary & his best men. Everything was going to plan & the open top journey to the venue began, Dawn even managed to say hello to some friends whilst passing through Burslem town centre.
I have had seen late starts to a ceremony before now but never because of a late organ player, whilst Dawn circled the block the organ player raced through the traffic to make it not too late. Its moments like this that may not be too welcome at the time but do make for funny memoirs long after the day is done.

The ceremony led by Fr Andrew was impeccable, lots of laughs, some great voices within the guest list & seemed to be over in a flash (excuse the pun!). We then had the traditional formal shots in the church grounds before heading off to Brown Edge.

The scenery at Brown Edge is truly stunning, we had to take a ride in the cars & up the hills we went to capture my favourite images of the day, Dawn & Gary showing off their modelling skills ...
Myself and Andreas were treated to seats at the guests tables and the food was extremely well received, we especially loved listening to you young Tom putting the world to rights & educating us on what is & isn't good music over dinner. A 6 year old with a 40 year old head his shoulders, I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time!
After the speeches Dawn was treated to 2 first dances, yes 2, the 2nd coming courtesy of best man Harold. All in all a terrific day with images that will remain proud in my portfolio for a long time to come & memories to match.

Dawn & Gary kept us entertained all day & kept the shoots very light hearted & a joy to do, all the best for the future guys & thankyou for choosing Forever Photography!
